1. Program description
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Graxe.ai, Inc. in the following categories: list status; account and security notices; identity verification; introduction and match notifications; suggestions and reminders related to your use of the Service; and service updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership or of any purchase. Some suggestion texts may feature venues, businesses, or products from partners that compensate Graxe; any such suggestion is identified as a partner suggestion in the message.
Suggestion and reminder texts are generated by automated systems from your activity in the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages are written to be discreet and to keep unnecessary detail off your lock screen. You can manage or disable each category in your settings, or stop all texts by replying STOP.
2. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your activity and settings. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@graxe.ai.
4. Privacy
Your mobile number and messaging consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Changes and contact
