Loneliness gets measured constantly and fixed almost never. Call it a feeling and it becomes nobody's job. I do not accept that. Loneliness is a product outcome, the predictable result of an industry built to keep people looking instead of helping them meet, and human decency went the same way. It did not fade on its own. It was engineered out, because a person who is easy to discard is cheaper to serve than a person worth keeping.

That is the argument I take out in public. An app should win when two people actually meet, and it should still be useful for what comes after. Nobody else is building to that standard. My job is to make sure they have to answer for it.
