Early Access Agreement

You are early. Here is what early means, plainly.
1. Status of this agreement
This agreement is in effect for Graxe's early-access period in the form below. It is under continuing review by our counsel and may be updated; if it changes in any way that matters, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it again before it applies to you. We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend a draft is a monument.
2. What early access is
Graxe is unreleased software. Features may change, break, disappear, or behave unexpectedly. Matching quality will improve as the system learns; early introductions may be sparse while the Texas membership grows. Early access is free, and no feature of it obligates us to keep any feature in any future version.
3. What we ask of you
Use Graxe as yourself, honestly, the way you would use the finished product. Report what breaks. Be patient with what is rough. The rules of conduct in our Terms of Service apply in full during early access.
4. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about Graxe, we may use them to improve Graxe without restriction or payment, and you agree we owe you no attribution. Feedback never includes your private conversations; it means what you deliberately send to us.
5. Verification during early access
Identity verification runs in a preview mode during early access. No camera is opened, no photograph or video is captured, and no biometric data is collected. When real verification is ready, you will be asked separately, in writing, before anything is captured.
6. Your data during early access
Everything in our Privacy Policy applies during early access in full. One early-access honesty: as we improve the system, we may need to reset or migrate parts of the early data. If a reset would affect your profile, your matches, or your consent records, we will tell you before it happens, not after.
7. Ending early access
We may pause, extend, or end early access at any time. You may leave at any time, and deleting your account works during early access exactly as the Privacy Policy describes. If early access ends, we will tell you what happens next and what happens to your data.
8. No warranty during early access
EARLY ACCESS IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The full disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms in our Terms of Service apply to early access.
